Yes. That is the idea. It is a very OP powerup, and costs a bunch because of this. We don't want 3+ people running around with this EVERY ROUND.
...Like who buys the minigun, motion detector, prop rigger (except will), TMP....
I suggest you have a look at the T menu... TMP and Minigun are no more.
A few of these are OK ideas. I'll walk through them with SRG later.
