    6. Introduce yourself to us (tell us about your skills, hobbies, ambitions): I'm a gamer, i now most controlls in gmod, i like to help people, and i love the rusty cutlass. and (most) players.

    7. What experience do you have with administration?: Yes, I have been admin on multiple minecraft servers... they all shut down from money loss.

    8. What makes you feel like you should be accepted than another applicant?: I am trust worthy, and I have been playing on the server for a while now.

    9. How are you going to improve our server?: I will get rid of minges and mass rdm'ers off the server.

    10. What makes you trustworthy?: you can easily tell if i'm lying.

    11. Have you ever been punished on the server and if so why?: Slain, because RDM's by accident or the victim is a dick.

Situations



    13. You have noticed that a staff member is abusing his powers and rdming because he/she thinks he/she is invincible as an admin. Do you feel that this is right? If not, what would you do in this situation? No, it is not right, i would report it to a higher staff and tell the person to stop. (because im a lower staff member)

    14. A young player joins that does not quite understand how to play, how do you show/teach the player how to play? I tell them the commands e.g "c" for T or Detective menu, etc.

    15. One of the players on the server starts to impersonate yourself/another admin. How would you deal with this player? Ban them instantly... unless they are a trusted and they are joking around, i would ban for 1 hour and tell other staff what happend then. To see if he gets a demote.

    16. You are on the forums and you notice a player being abused by others in the shout box and threads. Are you in control of this/is this your problem to worry about. Yes and yes, i would try to stop the harassment and find out whats happening, i would report it to a higher Staff member and let them deal with the rest.

That's a negative soldier. -1 because not enough substance to the app and the stuff that DOES exist is crap. Also I've been delighted to hear him verbally abuse 2 players alone tonight so that's really admin worthy I reckon!

Tbh, i have seen you in game and your quite immature. You snap easily and have no patience, your admin Application is also written poorly and could use allot more detail -1 from me.

+1 I know Del. He's a good guy, even if he does want vigilate justice. I'll vouch for him. I haven't got much else to say, other than his voice doesn't do him justice.

Oh, and you ain't one to talk, FPS. As if you're innocent. I have about 3-4 witnesses of Del being abused, and retaliating. Also, he has screenshots of abuse outside the game by the player "lol no". Sound familiar?

Del is a nice guy, knows the rules of the game, and has been with this server for a while now.
No idea what FPSRussia and Ivan are on about.
Application could perhaps be a little more detailed, but for the most part, knows what he's talking about.

I honestly can't say whether or not I support this application. Del.... You can't seem to handle most situations, even as trusted(i dont know if you can vote gag or not). But i've heard you bully people, and talk crap, and seem to not really know how to react. I will honestly have to watch you ingame more before I make my final decision, because what I have seen isn't admin material. You are a nice guy, but as I said I can't see the admin yet.

And also I would of liked more in the response situations instead of putting etc, actually tell me what else you could of done.

Not actually sure if I'm allowed to put my two cents in, but here it goes.
He's a nice guy sure, but I think he lacks the maturity of an admin. Also, I don't think many people would take someone who sounds that young seriously, and knowing his personality he would get angry at this and come down harder on them. Though it says he's trusted on the forums, I've never actually seen him do any moderating? He usually just sits in game yelling on his mic, which usually results in him getting gagged. Whether he gets bullied or not, he is trusted, he should be able to handle it and keep a cool head without retaliating.
