Why where you banned: I was acting a little silly and I was warned that if I did something again I would be banned, so then I was going to play normally when another player handcuffed him and he must've thought it was me as I was a SWAT and he said "right that's it" and froze then banned me.
Reason for you to be unbanned: Because it wasn't me who did what led to me being banned, I wasn't going to act up after I was warned. I have this from console which isn't much but can be double checked in logs.
