Chain Of Command

Hello there,

I don't so much as have an issue, but am more curious. In the Chain of Command thread why is manager above developer? Any particular reason for that?
Also are all the admins equal? I.e. if there is a squabble on the forums and the DarkRP head admin is being a faggot, is the TTT head admin able to ban them? So each server has its own chain, but on a multi-server platform such as the forums they all have equal power?

We had manager above developer because manager is in charge of all staff members aside from owners. I know what you mean in some communities it's been the managers do a lot with applications and working out the admin team, but we trust our head admins to deal with their own teams, and managers deal with more global things. At this current stage we don't need any managers (so we don't have any) but this is just the map so players know where the staff fit.

And yes, I believe I set it up in a way that all admins can target each other, regardless of which server. Same with super admins, then head admins.
