Suggestions for the mayor economic decisions

Hey all,
If you've ever become mayor on DarkRP you'll notice a window pops up and will either have a legitimate situation, or it will say "Do something", "Do Something else", "Do nothing". 
I've altered the do something one to be an actual situation now, so there are options to choose from. But that leaves us with only two options, and we have unlimited. Due to my lack of creativity, I want you guys to think up some situations, and I'll add them in. 
Replies should be formatted as such:

Title: Drug Market Flucuates
Description: The drug market explodes in suburban nopeville.

Option: Send in S.W.A.T
Economic Cost: $1000
Economic result: 15
Economic Gains: $100,000
Result message: A significant portion of drugs recovered, you have earned some repudation.

2. 
Option: Declare it a warzone
Economic Cost: $2500
Economic result: -5
Economic gains: 0
Result message: The cartel fought back and your national guard died. - REP.

3.
Option: Do nothing.
Economic cost: $0
Economic result: 0
Economic gains: 0
Result message: They continue to poison our young people and you let it happen. 

We can have as many options as we like to one question. My example is just 3. I have no idea what economic result is. But i'd say we cap it between 15 and -15. Keep cost below 5000, and gains below 1mil.
