In my humble opinion, it's not really worth having, because the players that we like to stick around already stick around.
Sure it'll keep people motivated, but we already have a bunch of regulars who play the server just cause they enjoy it. I think anybody who would be a regular is already a regular, and if not, it's just cause they haven't found the server yet.
