TTT Revamp + Ranks Update

Hello all, 
I'm currently officially calling it a revamp. Over the past few days we've been adding and removing t weapons, guns, playermodels and other stuff. 
With the editions of my removing multiple weapons from the m9k pack (to make it smaller in file size) and setting it up to FastDL, plus the new admin ranks, it's officially a revamp. 
Credit where credit's due, Mordred and I stayed up for many hours one night and pumped out some wonderful ideas, so thank you for your commitment. 
Check the changelog if you'd like to see past changes made to the server.

Weapons
I will be chopping down the M9k weapons pack in the next few days, and then FastDL-ing them, hopefully it won't be much of an inconvenience, and if my projections are right it shouldn't take more than 3 mins to download on a reasonable connection XD
You'll know when this has happened because there will then be no need for FIGD (the addon that mounts palyermodels and M9k at the start of every map) and you'll download a bit more before you join. Please let us know ASAP if any guns are missing view models (when you're holding the gun), world models (when it's on the ground) or sounds (pew pew). 

Admin rank changes:
Now for visualisation purposes, think of the current order of ranks. 
Trial Admin > Admin > Super Admin > Head admin
The new flow is as follows:
Trial Admin > Admin > Financial Administrator > Executive Administrator > Head Admin

Effectively renamed Super admin to Exec Admin, and outlined its duties as:
Responsible for teaching Trial Admins, and should be reviewing the admin team and presenting findings to the head admin.
 
And added the Financial Administrator whose duties are:
To manage the donation store in its entirety (minus the direction of funds), general configuration and management of the donation store, directing sales/coupons/raffles, ensuring pricing and features are accurate, and manages any and all donation based queries or suggestions. 
This rank is above admin, but doesn't have it's own rank in game. The holder will be provided with regular Admin rank in game, on every server, similar to how Head Admins get Admin on every server. 

Now because not directly associated with TTT but permitted to administrate, when I update the chain of command thread, it will go T.A > A > E.A > H.A. 

I will also be adding a forum administrator rank at some stage, which has wider permissions than gmod admins do. 
Looking for someone polite and energetic, and has a good knowledge of the general community (and where to find useful threads, etc) with a reasonably clean track record. If you think you fit, reply or PM me.

Sounds good, although I would have thought that the Financial Administrator and Possible Forum Administrator roles would be meshed as both are to do with the web infrastructure of The Rusty Cutlass.
