Everyone Brain Dead (Defibrillator)
I know 90% of us have no brain (JK) but i have had multiple reports of the defibrillator not working on people who have not been shot in the head when being killed.

Also it auto makes it overtime at the start of each round.
Update: It fixed it self after a vote change. Other vote changes have happend before that one and it did not fix it.

I can support the defibrillator not working, tried to revive Seathed, didn't work and if you die with a defibrillator on you then you seem to be still alive(but still dead) but a ghost flying around holding the defib

The defibrillator has been recoded to be a balanced weapon so if it has a success rate and charge time as well as not being able to revive people shot in the head as they are brain dead.

I tested this theory and got a detective to shoot me in the legs and defib me but i didn't work. (It was fully charged)
I even went around to heaps of body and all were brain dead even when they were not shot in the head.

This is when I decided to post the bug.
