3.What is your current time in server and how often do you play?: 8.5 hours, I have plenty of free time, basically every afternoon have the ability to hop on the server, if I have to take an extended break, such as leaving for a holiday with my family I will be sure to notify other staff ahead of time.

6.Introduce yourself to us, what are your (skills, hobbies, ambitions): I am an FPS addict and a mind-games enthusiast (Town of Salem, Mafia etc.)
7. What experience do you have with administration?: I have never held an administrative role in a Gmod server before as I have preferred to instead remain as a prominent community member and represent my fellow players in front of the admins.
8.What makes you feel like you should be accepted over any other applicant: I believe that I have the leadership skills necessary to better represent the community and player-base, New or Veterans of The Rusty Cutlass.
9.How are you going to improve our servers?: By upholding the rules of the server, ensuring that everyone is having fun and not being discriminated against or abused by anyone, be they admin, member or guest.
10.What makes you trustworthy: Throughout my gaming experience I have seen many cheaters, RDMers, Mic Spammers and Exploiters come into a server and ruin the gaming experience for others, destroying the community and creating a hostile environment. It is my belief that these people are the single reason why most servers do not succeed in building a strong community and must be stopped.
11.Have you ever been punished on the server and why?: I have been punished for shooting the wrong person in a crossfire on accident when I was aiming for the traitor.

13. You have noticed that a staff member is abusing his powers and rdming because he/she thinks he/she is invincible as an admin. Do you feel that this is right? If not, what would you do in this situation? Definitely not, as admin you have responsibility to use your power to protect and enhance the gaming experience of the regular player, any admin who abuses their power at the expense of the gaming experience of the ordinary player does not deserve to be admin, they deserve a big, fat juicy lifetime ban. I would collect evidence, (probably video evidence as I own fraps) and notify the owners or, if available higher admins.
14. A young player joins that does not quite understand how to play, how do you show/teach the player how to play? Direct him to the MOTD as that contains the basic guidelines on the rules of the server by pressing F1 or typing !motd in chat or motd in console, I would also explain the concept of TTT to him if need be.
15. One of the players on the server starts to impersonate yourself/another admin. How would you deal with this player? I would give them a warning, and if they persist, I would collect evidence and kick them, if they returned to the server I would issue a ban and send the pre-recorded evidence to the owners.
16. You are on the forums and you notice a player being abused by others in the shout box and threads. Are you in control of this/is this your problem to worry about?: Of course!, if any person is being abused in the shout box or threads, it is the responsibility of the admin to ensure that no player is being abused, no matter where it happens, I would gather evidence via screenshots, and notify the Owners or other staff members ASAP.
