Evidence: Ivan and I were discrespected. Ivan - Was disrespected about his Trial-Admin Postion. Me - Disrespected about my admin app being declined being told to "get off the server" "you don't belong here" and more. There were alot of witnesses such as (John Peg, James Golem, Milk Dab, Ivan Slozovic (Adolf Hitler:Half The Server**)

If Ivan can't administrate properly and when he continuously attempts to side with the opposition.
1st Case: I am standing inside the PD common room under which there were no rules and I was Hitman with a current hit against the Mayor. Two thieves situated outside of the PD shot down the PD door leading into the more valuable section of the building. Ivan shot me despite the fact I was standing in front of him the entire time with no weapon equipped, he then dismissed the issue of RDM with an "xD" in the global chat. The mayor who was in charge (Zi) did apparently issue three warnings to myself however with Ivan speaking over the top and the wall blocking most of the verbal communication.
2nd Case: I was perfectly fine minding my own business when Ivan with no warning or mention just suddenly decided to no-clip to me in order to target me. When he came I asked why he was here and I quote it as due to "Hearing an annoying noise" though why he suddenly decided to come to me whilst I was "playing the game". He then attempted to divert the topic to the standard of my barricade and the rules regarding fading doors yet nothing was wrong as I'm fully aware of how to build a reasonably structured building. This is obviously an attempt to monitor my actions.
3rd Case: This is when shit. Gets. Real. Daniel Mercury once passed the NLR rule came to me almost an hour after an incident involving a raid of his base and a diversion provided by myself to confront me about said incident. FPSRussia was previously rdmed following the raid after destroying two printers acquired from Daniel's base and doing that directly in front of him. He then sought me out to ask about the alleged weapons I had obtained (this was the diversion) despite this directly conflicting with the rules of NLR. He then proceeded to mug me and I responded by pulling out my weapon and killing him. This was rdm on my part, though it was in response to his failure to RP. So when Ivan decides to bring me without considering both parts of the story he asks John Peg to issue out a warning for myself. I was compliant until the realization that by questioning me in accordance with the prior raid and supposed weapons, he was in fact breaking NLR. Naturally I was displeased by the lack of intervention by the circle of staff and people who were totally unaware of the blatant bullshit sprouting from both ends of Daniel. After already noticing the lack of requirements I was triggered beyond belief. I disrespected his position of Trial-Admin and I was dismissed afterwards with I quote, "I'm not listening anymore." If Trial Admins are allowed to be so inexperienced (at time of issue Ivan had around 14 hours) and can target people at a whim they should be stripped of their powers. This Trial-Admin in particular lacked the simple courtesy to take responsibility for his actions. And referring back to my comment about your application Daniel I don't take anything back. If your going to apply for a position of staff put more than five minutes into it. Becoming a part of staff is a commitment and if can't take some time out of your day to put together something greater than a half arse effort you should seriously reconsider your decision. I don't dislike you, I only despise your dishonestly to the Admins and taking advantage of relaying false information to benefit yourself.
