My skills are relatively minor; A black belt in Taekwondo, and a red belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My hobbies include playing online games with my friends, futsal and football. And my ambitions range from becoming a millionaire to becoming satisfied with my own place in the world.
Why me?
Personally the amount of hours I have spent in any individual server ranges from a fair few to few to many, when I feel dedicated to thrive in a community the opportunities to both develop relationships and skills with a multitude of people is an experience to relish, one I wish to have in the Rusty Cutlass. Further elaborating on this, I actually despise rule breakers and take it upon myself to both take and accept punishments as they come and feel as if given the power to obtain Administration rights would be a blessing.
Improvements
I will take notes of situations and issues encountered throughout my personal accounts with the game itself, and apply that knowledge for the servers benefit. My own experience managing servers through positions of staff have enabled me to approach delicate situations and handle them appropriately.
Prior Punishments
A couple of slays for RDM yet nothing too major.
Trust-worthiness
In the amount of time I have been with this community I have established a foothold in the right end of the field, my own willingness to help people a quality I wish to continue highlight. Entrusting me with this position would be a step in the right direction for both parties.

Situation 1:
You have noticed that a staff member is abusing his powers and rdming because he/she thinks he/she is invincible as an admin. Do you feel that this is right? If not, what would you do in this situation?
Funnily enough I have encountered a situation very like this and will delve into how I handled it previously. Upon the realization that the person in question is abusing his right, I contacted a person in higher authority and provided an elaborate amount of reasoning and evidence to support my claims against the party in question. By addressing the issue quickly and efficiently no further dramas occurred both in this situation and in my own experience.
Situation 2:
A young player joins that does not quite understand how to play, how do you show/teach the player how to play?
Initially young players on gmod servers are often shunned or oppressed simply due to an age gap between people. Reasons why people do this either to impress their fellow server friends or to make the player feel overwhelmed with a desire to leave is quite sad to be honest. So upon him entering the server I would either; send a friend invite and provide details on how the game functions and the ways to go about playing, or instructing him to read the rules and regulations depending on whether or not he is willing to go the extra step.
Situation 3:
One of the players on the server starts to impersonate yourself/another admin. How would you deal with this player?
Ban him back to Bangkok. Just kidding. Fuck. Anyway I would privately message him to change him name or to stop with this identity theft behavior, and should this player continue to ignore my subtle directions would begin issuing warnings. And if he FURTHER continues I would have to kick/ban depending on the severity of the impersonation.
Situation 4:
You are on the forums and you notice a player being abused by others in the shout box and threads. Are you in control of this/is this your problem to worry about.
Yes it is, allowing people to abuse a particular person is outrageous, whether online or in reality workplace (ttt) abuse is a crime. Solving these situations without creating further incidents is a key ability people looking for this position should consider. Making the person in question feel ostracized for being who they are is unforgivable. Having the instigators either warned or banned off the forums would make the community a better place.

I natjosh acknowledge the requirements and prerequisites that are needed to become the rank of 'Admin' in the community. I recognize that this is a trusted rank held by only a few and by submitting this application I promise not to devote my time to other competing communities.
