2. Have you ever broken any rules or been banned: No
3. What makes you feel you deserve Admin: I was head admin before the server closed previously and i would like to rejoin the staff team
4. Why should you get this job over someone else: As i said, when the server closed previously i was head admin and i would like to rejoin the staff team now that it is reopening.
5. How would you being Admin help our Server: My being an admin would help the server by allowing me to enforce its rules and provide any assistance needed within the community.
6. What are your good qualities: I am 17 years of age and many people would say that i am mature, friendly, fun and responsible. On a personal note i believe that i am good at keeping my cool in a tough situation.
7. What are your bad qualities: It is hard for anyone to admit or find negative qualities within themselves, it is far easier to point out a splinter in some one else's eye than see the log in your own. However if i am to be entirely honest i may be a bit of a control freak depending on the situation

9. Name at least 1 person that you think will support your application (Admin+ only):

10. Do you have any experience as an Admin or Mod: Yes i have been head admin on this server previously, head admin on azure gaming, super admin on drake dimensions and and admin on many others.

How often can you play(best case and worse case): I have completed my year 12 studies and can play longer in the afternoons ( daily ) However i do have a full time job so you will likely not see me any earlier than 4 - 5 PM and i am doing other things in my spare time, as such i may not be around on some days
12 Anything else you wish to say: I am exceedingly happy to see The Rusty Cutlass revived and I'm glad to be back
Briefly define and describe the following terms:
RDM : Random Death Match (randomly killing some one for no legitimate RP reason)
Minge : Being intentionally and extremely annoying to aggravate other people
Mass RDM : Random Death Match on a large scale (Intentionally killing large amounts of other players randomly for no legitimate RP reason)
Self Supply : This applies to dealers choosing their job specifically to supply themselves with weapons or equipment for their own benefit and not full filling their RP role eg. selling guns to the masses
Prop block : Using props such as blocks chairs ect. to intentionally block of areas of the map / your or other peoples bases to stop people from accessing them
Hacking : Using any kind of script or cheat that would not normally be accessiable to a user on our server that gives them an unfair advantage or causes damage to the server eg (Xray hacks for seeing through walls, scripts that stop admins from using chat to teleport / use commands on you)
DDOS attack : Distributed Denial of Service attack, an intentional attack that attempts to make an online services (such as a Gmod DarkRP server) unusable by flooding it with data from multiple sources.
NLR : New Life Rule (implies that you do not remember anything from before your death as such you cannot take revenge on the person who killed you or go back to your base and stop a raid ect.)

Chris Smith interrupts your admin sit: Ultimately he out ranks me and can do what ever he wants and if he deems it necessary and important to interrupt one of my admin sits then i would trust his judgement listen to him and proceed with my sit.
Charlie is being a minge: Tell him to stop and explain why what he is doing is wrong, if he does not apply the appropriate punishment that you deem necessary for the situation this could be a warning, kick or ban
A staff member is abusing their powers: Use recording software to get evidence of it, proceed to confront them about it if they continue to abuse after i have talked to them about it then i would bring it up with the current head admin or the manager.
Frankie rdm's once: If Frankie has never RDM'd before depending on the situation (eg. a mistake killed some one he was not supposed to during a raid ect.) then i would just give him a verbal warning and teach him the proper way of dealing with that situation however if he intentionaly killed some one knowing that he was not supposed to i would give him a warn.
A super admin is abusing: Use recording software to get evidence of this and then report it to the head admin, manager or owner and let them proceed with sorting it out.
Frank self supplies: If he has never done it before give him a verbal warning, if he does it again after this give him a warn, if he proceeds to do it again give him a temporary ban because after being told twice he should know better.
Adolph Hitler Mass RDM's: Freeze / Jail him to stop him from continuing his attack on other people, proceed to ask him / other people what caused it, tell him what he did wrong what punishment he is getting and then give him a temporary ban
Thor is job abusing as gun dealer/black market dealer: Give them a warning, if they do it again give them a temporary ban for a repeated offense
Agent 47 the hitman kill's someone and they complain: Assess the situation and find out if the hitman actually had a hit (and for good reason) if so then proceed to explain to the user that it was a simple assassination and that they should forget about it and move on with their day.
I Ark Sparker accept the responsibilities of being an Admin of my community and will use the powers given to me to keep it safe from all those who try to harm it.
